It's Microsoft's belief that the key to a business's success is unlocking the innovation of its individuals. Their business software aims to amplify the power of individuals and teams so that they can become truly transformative forces.

Here is some work done around that theme. The interactive work aims to make this point by allowing the user to engage in the business problem first-hand. "The Multiplier" is a brand positioning campaign demonstrating what happens when you multiply the individual's innovative power times the scale of the enterprise (via software, of course!).
