Brand Book for Hitachi Global Storage
As electronic devices continue to get smaller, 2.5-inch hard disk drives are more than ever the sweet spot in the always sexy data storage industry. The people of Hitachi Global Storage wanted a break-through way to remind prospective customers that they were there first and that their technology is already "everywhere."
While the project was originally briefed as an ad campaign, I suggested that since there are really only a few hundred potential customers in the world why not do something a little more one-to-one?
This award-winning package was sent to potential customers across North America and Europe. In addition to the custom packaging it contained a cloth-bound brand book, an offer card (redeemable via companion website) and a bound-in personalized letter to each prospect (in 6 languages).
