Cubix
These are some selected photos from a shoot and set of interviews I did for Housing.com.
Cubix is a somewhat controversial new development in the South of Market neighborhood of San Francisco. The design style is shockingly modern for that area but even more controversial is the fact that the apartments are all in the range of 300 square feet. Their reasonable price-points offer a great way to begin building equity but at the cost of any real living space.
I interviewed the sales director, a tenant/owner, the project manager and employees in the café on the ground floor of the development to get their take on things. Here are the photos and the finished piece.
