Marin Headlands Going Away Party
In early 2010, the Forest Service announced that they were going to be closing the Marin Headlands for road improvements. Since The Headlands play such a large part in our local cycling scene we decided to throw a going away party.
I set out on a rainy morning in the end or March to capture the twice-weekly madness of a crazed subgroup of Mission Cycling - The Headlands Raiders. We celebrated The Headlands with some sprinting, some high-cadence climbing, some dangerously fast descents and some donuts.
