You can't open a browser these days without reading some kind of panicked headline about how “work” has changed, how millenials are a total mystery or lamenting the tearing down of long-established norms. It’s all nonsense. At least that's the jumping off point for Monday Magazine. Monday believes that the new world of work and all its new creations are a beautiful, natural evolution that, in the best examples, demonstrates a liberation of the individual to do the work she wants. Monday flipped the common, negative narrative on its head to show the positives: it's a beautiful, exciting, challenging and energizing new world and you should jump in.
